Convert midi file to wav file

 

This utility allows you to convert midi files into wave files for playback on devices supporting the .wav format,  such as the Microsoft Smartphone or sample ringtones on web pages.

 

Midi files are basic sets of instructions,  telling your computer which notes to play,  and in what order.  As a result the files are very small,  however playback of the files does vary from computer to computer as different sound cards interpret instruments in defferent ways.

 

Wave files are exact recordings made from an original,  and so play back identically on every computer.
